Certification & Audit inspection.
We have over 30 years experience in the manufacture of vents for both natural and smoke ventilation.
We are audited annually by our Notified Body, Efectis’ France ( UK ). Their rigorous FPC inspection leave no stone unturned, from inception of order through to completion of products.
Inspection also includes checking age and quality of materials, running through the manufacturing process in full, checking the certified metrology equipment.
Observing manufacture process from pre-assembly to post assembly, checking and ensuring correct fasteners and torque settings are in-line with the products manual. Checking the product controls open to the selected opening angle and fire position in specified time of 60s or less.
Finally checking the CE label in accordance with its works order specification and affixed to the product.
FPC. (Factory production control).
Our experienced fabrication team ensure all products are manufactured to highest standards and adhere to the manufacturing parameters set out in EN12101-2 2003 following the FPC procedures.
